The curve on the graph does however level out quite soon showing that the rate is being limited by the lack of NaHCO3 in the water. As long as the temperature of the plant remains balanced, photosynthesis will occur. The light is probably not a limiting factor as all but one of the curves level off before the maximum light intensity of is reached.
